Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You have herniated disc, in the neck. The pain became obstacle for every work.
It is all due to the pressure on the sensory nerves coming from the spinal cord.
These days even the vertibrae also getting replaced, any how your condition might not be suitable for it. you can have relief by having a cervical coller .
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin for 5 days, and anti inflamatory drugs when ever more pain is there.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken , and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
