Should ER Be Visited For Constant Headache After Hit On Head, Sore Neck, Pain In Nose And Eye?

I hit my head when I was getting out of my car on 12/10/13. I had sunglasses on top of my head. It hurt really bad and I thought my head was bleeding but it wasn t. My head was sore till the next day and then on 12/16/13 I got a headache and still have the headache on the right side of my head and on the right side. I can t get rid of the headache. It aches at times in the front by my nose and eye. Not bad but just constant at top of head and right side. Neck also sore. I can not get a doctor s appointment until after the new year. Would it be worth a trip to the ER?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the bruising of the scalp tissues, and also concussion head injury.
It better to have a MRI for excluding the head injury.
I usually prescribe to my patient in the mean while with such symptoms and injury, ofloxacin, diclofenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods for quick recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
