Should I Be Concerned About Headache, Dizziness And Bruise On Head After Injury?

My 10 year old son was pushed at recess today. He hit the back of his head on concrete. NO goose egg, he does have a "raspberry" looking bruise, headache, dizziness. He already has "mixed headache syndrome" and takes 30mg Topamax BID. Concern?? Thanks in advance.

yes you should be concerned, headache and dizziness after head trauma indicate seriousness of injury. Immediately get child medical attention. Further investigation might be needed to determine extent of injury.
