Should I Be Worried For Child Suffering From Fever And Bad Concussion?

My 6 year old was taken by ambulance from school after falling on his head wasn t talking, vomiting. This was Friday he was doing much better they did say he had a bad cuncusion but now is running fever 102.5 going down with Tylenol should I be worried

Concution injuries usually recover withou any sequelae .
Better to consult neurosurgeon for evaluation.
Nothing to worry as he is improving .
