Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am experiencing pain in my shins every night to the point of loosing sleep.its a long sharp pain down the length of the bones.i am 59 , retired, and go to the gym 3 times a week for a moderate workout for a back injury.should i be worried by this pain?
You should get x-ray of affected leg AP and Lateral view done and send me the report. Till then take 1 tab. aceclofenac+serratiopeptidase and 1000 mg calcium per day in tablet form.
You should stop doing morning walk or leg exercises if you are doing in gym for at-least 1 week.
I hope it helps.
