Hi,

I have read your query.

You should get x-ray of affected leg AP and Lateral view done and send me the report. Till then take 1 tab. aceclofenac+serratiopeptidase and 1000 mg calcium per day in tablet form.

You should stop doing morning walk or leg exercises if you are doing in gym for at-least 1 week.

I hope it helps.

You are welcome to ask further health related queries.
