Hello,
Dryness is a common feature in the peri-menopausal and the post menopausal state as the hormones dwindle. This can be managed with vaginal creams, suppositories and patches which contain estrogen and help to improve the secretions and thereby lubrication. You may also try hormone replacement therapy with benefits if you fit into the category. Please see a gynecologist for a local examination and further management of your condition. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
