Should I Continue With Gabapentin Given After Head Injury For Post-concussion Syndrome?

I ve been on Gabapentin since a head injury last December; it was prescribed to help with post-concussion syndrome. I was on 900mg a day, but reduced it myself gradually. I came off just over a week ago and have felt ill ever since. Should I go back on the drug?
