Should I Opt For A Surgery To Reduce Shoulder Pain?

Hi yes I have shoulder pain since May and have moderate to severe hypertrophic change in my acromioclavicular joint with bone marrow edema in the distal clavicle and acromion, should I have surgery to remove a part of my shoulder to be somewhat pain free?

Consult orthopedic surgeon with investigation result. You need not remove any part. Arthroscopic treatment can be done for cause.
