Should ZOMELIS AND AMERYl Be Taken Before Or After Meals?

Zomelis met 50/500 one BD and Ameryl 1mg BD, has been prescribed by my physician as I am diabetic for the last 12 years ,my blood sugar level is 125 fasting and 232 PP..I am 61yrs old lady,having High BP since 30 years.Also I am on Mixtard 30/70,i.e.40 and 30,morning ,evening resp.Plus I am taking Exapride 5mg before lunch.For BP I am taking Telma H and Telma AM. My BP is under contrl.My query is ,Should I TAKE ZOMELIS AND AMERYl before meals or after meals.Thanks ARTI SHARMA

Unlike insulin, there is no particular time of day that the oral medications need to be used.
They can be used either before or after meals, there is no specific recommendations, once they are taken at approximately the same time every day.

Once taken around this same time, they should be able to work effectively to help reduce your blood sugar.
