Should A Crunching Sound From A Slightly Swollen Forehead Be A Cause Of Concern ?

Hi I was involved in a minor fender bender yesterday, and hit the top of my head in the forehead area quite hard on the visor. The impact caused the plastic inside the visor to break. Today I have slight swelling on my forehead, and feel like a bruise on the top of my head. I have a slight headache, but my neck feels a little sore, and when I move it I hear a crunching sound.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your worry, because of the soft tissue inflammation this type of feelings is common and nothing to worry about this, this sound will go away as soon as the swelling subsides, take care not to turn or move the head to get it confirm the sound, this will delay the healing, have nice day.
