Should An Exercise Program Be Started With A Pulse Rate Of 100?
hi i was recently put on metroprol tartrate 50 mg and im 5 '4 female 44 years old 262 pounds i wanted to start a exercise program like slim in 6 or brasil butt lift but i woke with a pulse rate of 100 and im scared im gonna do damage. what do u recommend?

Hi welcome to HCm Dear Your ideal wt. should be for 5' 4", 117 - 143 lbs. There is no doubt that your wt. is too much above normal need to shed it by well planned exercise program . But it is not recommended to start it with a pulse rate of 100 as it can damage your muscles and body as a whole ,
Consult your Doctor for treatment and rest for 2-3 days and start slowly and do follow your exercise program regularly .
