Should I Abstain From CoQ10 For Sometime To Prevent Dependency?

I heard timing is everything. So with that in mind , would I typically abstain from CoQ10 for about one month every six months so I don't spoil the endocrine system too too much. I take 60mg. daily at 50 years of age to reverse senesence. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to HCM,
No, you do not have to be afraid of this. CoQ10 is not a substance that will affect the feedback loop like melatonin does. Most people do not get enough of this pseudovitamin and many medications deplete it.

The typical dosage is 90-200 mg/day so I do not believe you have anything to worry about.
Kind Regards, Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
