Should I Be Concerned About Heavy Vomiting And Feces After Eating A Lot?

I m pooping in large amounts and throwing up when my body has eaten a lot. I eat healthy 99.9% of the time and tend to never overeat. I drink enough water and exercise regularly. This past week I ve been pooping excessively yet I m certain it s not diarrhea. What could it be? Thanks

Hi welcome to HCM. I hope i can address your concerns.
Well things to see are whether you ate something different from somewhere new that can lead to such symptoms. Detailed history of stool frequency, consistency, quantity and associated symptoms like fever, vomiting can help us narrow down the differentials. Travel history is also important.
Infection is one cause that may lead to both vomiting and loose motions , called Gastroeneritis.
For now keep up your hydration levels. Take soft diet in small potions . Give rest to your gut that way. Try motilium /gravinate for vomiting.
Get a stool examination done if no relief with these measures.
Wish you a healthy life.
