Should I Be Concerned About The Bruise With White Center On Forearm?

Yesterday I saw a bruise on my 4 years olds forearm and the bruise had a white center a little raised I called the doctor and they said it might be a insect bite and to watch it for it oozes anything and any redness should I be more concerned than that?

Hi, this is clearly insect bite as there is sting bite at the centre of lesion. You have to watch for itching swelling and pus discharge at the sting site. In my opinion, you should give syrup hydroxizine 5 ml three times a day for 3 days to prevent itching. Take care.
