Should I Be Worried About A Bruise?

My 11 month old son tried to climb the entertainment center, fell and hit his head. Now he has a bruise in between his eyes and at the top of his nose but he doesn t seem to be in pain when I touch it or in general. Should I make an appointment to see the doctor?
