Should I Be Worried About A Bump On The Head?

My 31 month old daughter bumped her head on a stone when she was running and fell forwards on a walk. Ice compress has been applied intermittently for around 5-7 minutes (wouldn't tolerate any longer). Bump appears slightly squishy, no bruise as yet, she is talking, eating, drinking fine. Should I take her to A and E?

she sounds fine at the moment. the lump is likely a haematoma. if she starts to complain of an increasing headache, starts to vomit or complain of visual disturbance or if she seems confused take her to the ER.
