Should I Be Worried About A Bump On The Upper Arm?

My four year old son has a greenish color bruise on his upper inward arm that is green and color and seems to have a little hard bump in the middle of it. He has had the bruise for about two weeks now but I just noticed this bump today. He says that it does not hurt at all. Should I be concerned?

hi

this small bump could be a haematoma. if it is it should improve and disappear with time. if it is enlarging or painful then you should have your dr assess it.

best wishes
