Should I Be Worried Of Squelching Sound In Knee While Squatting Down And Standing Up?
Hi, i hear a squelching sound in my knee when i squat down very low and stand up. However, i feel no pain in my knees, i only hear a sound. I do athletics training but have no injuries from that, and i've never had any knee injuries. should i be worried?
