Should I Be Worried Of Tight Feeling In Abdomen Area?

I have tightness right where my abdomen is, or rather where my diaphragm is when I either cough or take deep breaths. Even when I am not doing either of that, I still feel like an ache, or as if something is there, when I'm just relaxing. Is this concerning?

i prefer doing abdominopelvic ultrasound, this would clarify the condition very well. this would clarify the gall bladder for stones or inflammation and much more.
