Should I Be Worried Of Trembling Of Hands Of A 3 Year Old Kid?

For the last 2 weeks or so, my 3 year old son has been waking up in the morning, crying, telling me his hands are "trembling". I don't think it's from being cold and I have not observed any symptoms. He tells me they feel better after I rub them. Is this any sort or concern?

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query.
This sensation of trembling could be due to pains in the hands.
Gentle massage will help to reduce the pain.
But if the child is complaining persistently consult the pediatrician for examination.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
