Should I Call My Doctor As I Am Having Dizziness And Nausea In My Last Weeks Of Pregnancy?

38 weeks pregnant & woke up extreme dizziness. I now have nausea too. Have had a burning tearing feeling in my upper abd for 3 days. I was at labor / delivery for this pain 2days ago. Doctors said it was the baby putting pressure on things. Not sure if i should call my doctor about this dizzinesss/nausea stuff. Just feeling horrible.

Hi,
Welcome to Health Care Magic,

Though all these symptoms of nausea, Dizziness and feeling uneasy are vague symptoms and could be due to various reasons, but i would still say, you should go and see the Doctor. It is always better to be on safe side. Do not feel bad, if you have o go back home, and Doctor says that it is just normal. Doctor will rule out any causes for these symptoms, like Acidic food ingestion, sleeplessness, urinary symptoms, Intestinal upsets, Vaginal discharges, excessive fetal movements, or less fetal movements etc. Doctor has to rule out Hypertension, Abnormal blood glucose level, Hemoglobin level, urine test, etc. You must ask your Doctor also warning symptoms and signs during last few weeks of pregnancy. Do not have mental stress.
Best wishes.
