Should The Fibroids Be Removed By Surgery?

I would like advice/feedback on my last 2 ultrasound reports. I am 28, female, 166cm, 54kg, no children and no serious medical conditions in the past. I was told to go in for the initial ultrasound as the doctor found my right ovary was slightly larger, during a routine annual medical exam. The results of both reports are as below.
-Would it be ok to have the fibroid removed?
-What are the best procedure options?
-Is there a chance is will grow back?
-Also, is the cyst likely to go away on its own?
(I have been asked to do another follow up ultrasound in 6 months.)

1st report:
uterus: normal size with a 24.5mm left anterior fundal subserosal hypoechoic mass.
endometrium: 8.7mm in the secretory phase of the menstrual cycle.
right ovary: mildly enlarged with a 16.8x21.6x19.1mm iso to mildly hyperechoic mass.
left ovary: normal size with small follicles.
there is no free fluid in the pouch if douglas.
interpretation: 1-normal size anteverted uterus with left anterior fundal subserosal fibroid./ 2-small isoechoic mass in the right ovary probably represents an acute hemorrhagic cyst accounting for the palpable abnormality clinically.

2nd report (2 months later):
uterus: normal size with a 27.6x18.4x24.2mm subserosal hypoechoic mass arising from the left anterior fundus/body.
endometrium: 11.2mm in the mid phase of the menstrual cycle.
right ovary: mildly enlarged with a 24.2mm thick walled hypo to anechoic mass.
left ovary: normal size with small follicles.
small anechoic collection in the pouch of douglas extending to both adnexae.
interpretation: 1-normal size anteverted uterus with a subserosal fibroid arising from the left anterior body marginally larger./ 2-evolution of the right ovarian mass compatible with a resolving hemorrhagic cyst.
