Should The Procedure To Straighten The Toe Be Done At Clinic Or Hospital?

I had a bone spur removed from my right baby toe in Oct. Toe still sore. Dr. suggest that he remove knuckle from this toe in order to straighten it, since it lays under toe #4. He gave me 2 options. Surgery in hospital at which time I\I will not be awake. Or in office surgery, I will be awake by area will be numb. I could not tolerate the pressure cup on my leg during the bone spur removal. Do you think that I should have procedure done in hospital or dr.'s office.

Thank you.

Hi
I think it should be done in hospital set up and neat and clean aseptic enviorment set up.
Removin bone spur takes 30 minutes maximum so i think i can be done under General anaesthesia as well as spinal anaesthesia.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
