Should Treat Possible Hemorrhoid Myself Or See A Doctor? Mostly Having Diarrhea With Blood
i think i may have a hemorrhoid but i am not sure i have googled a picture of them and everything matches up. Its not a really big bump but there is one down there. I was wondering if i should be treating this myself by cleaning it and putting medicine on it or if i needed to see my doctor and possible talk to him about it. I have not been having regular bowel movements and i have had mostly diarrhea and a tiny amount of blood in my stool, this is not there anymore but i am still not having regular bowl movements. help!

I would advice you to show your lump to general surgeon. If your hemorrhoids as you diagnosed are there, you will need proper management. First, what cause them is it constipation or any liver disease. Also if it is first, second or third stage. In some case it may need only laxative. In a little bigger size it may need band. If it is very big, It may require surgery. Also as you are saying that blood is going down, I would also want to see your haemoglobin level. You may need iron supplement.
