Sickle Cell Anemia Cured. White Spots On Face After Smoking. Severe Cough, Throat Pain While Swallowing. Cause?

Well doctor my name is paizley diagnosed with sickle cell anemia . I was cur from sickle cell in 06, and last year I started smoking for a year now . Jst recently I notice me breaking out like clear white spots, almost like GVH on my face . Last week I notice to a horrible cough and my throat has been killing me wether I swallow , or watever. Please can you let me know what's causing this , and what can I do to stop the pain and the rash thank you.

Thank for asking to HCM
First thing you really need to do is quit smoking, you must be having smokers cough and that does not go away unless you stop smoking, for the rash it could be allergic reaction to some substance, whatever the causative factor are there, you required antihistamine to rid off it steroid can be added if antihistamine failed to response, take care and have nice day.
