Slight Pinkish Gush Of Blood Like Light Periods. History Of Having Hysterectomy A Week Back. Normal?

Hi, please help.
I had a hysterectomy on Wednesday (8 days ago). When I left the hospital I did to not have any bleeding.
Last night I had a slight gush of blood - pinkish in colour- nothing through out the night - blood again in the morning
and it now feels like a light period. I still have my overies.
Is this normal.

Hi
Thanks for your query.
Sometimes, mild bleeding / spotting is quite common following a hysterectomy.
If the bleeding persists / increases, or you experience severe pain, or fainting spells, consult your doctor.
take care.
