Small Child, Bruise On Left Shin, Small Lump, Pain On Touching. X-ray Required?
My 2 year son had a bruise on his left shin. Medial to it, a small bump which felt more like a lymph node than a bruise was also felt. The bruise is gone. The small bump is still there. It s been about a month now. He doesn t like us touching it. He isn t favoring his left foot in anyway. Should we further pursue this ( X-ray )?

If he has symptoms from that leg ,it is definitely advised to do investigations after clinical examination.
