Small Child, Feeling Low, White Stools, Weakness, Increased Appetite. Treatment?

hi i have a 5 yr old son and i has been acting low in himself not talking looks weak all he wants to do is eat i have been talking to my mother and she just told me her loo aint working all that well and his poop is a white colour and has been for the past 4week aint happy that she is only just telling me this.... he is having plenty of iron and vitamins???

What is the weight of you son? Has he lost his weight in past days? Is he anemic ? Why is he on iron and vitamin supplement? White color stool may be due to so many causes, one of that is surgical jaundice.
