Hi my two year old daughter seems to frequently get a build up of mucus/fluid in the back of her throat when she is asleep. Some times it makes her cough and gag to the point where she is sick. What she brings up is thick but clear please can you give me any indication what this may be, how its caused, how to help her etc???
