Hi
Recurrent adenoid and tonsil infections usually interfere with child sleep, growth and performance. Some times as age increase these problems will resolve but in some children problem will continue. Avoid cold drinks, exposure to respiratory infections in crowds and you can give steam and medicated steam inhalation at home after your doctor advise and you can give antibiotic, antihistamines and nasal decongestants whenever required as per your doctor advise. Still it is continuing and many episodes occurring in a year consult your pediatrician and an ENT specialist.
