hello

thanks for writing to health care magic

pl mention if your baby is breast fed or not

if you are not breast feeding try to breastfeed your baby

now since he is having diarrhoea you will have to replace the water and electrolyte loss with ORS .............

if there is blood or mucus in the stool with fever then we consider dysentry and start on antibiotics....or else ORS with probiotics and zinc syp would suffice

also you should monitor for dehydration....................

the signs of dehydration are...................dry oral mucosa.....increasing thirst......................decreased urination ......................etc

hope this helps

take care
