Small Lump With A Dark Bruise Around It Under The Right Arm Between Elbow And Arm Pit

I have a small lump with a dark bruise around it that randomly appeard under my right arm in the middle between my elbow and arm pit about 3 days ago, it has not gone away and the bruise has not faded, also their is no mark to indicate it is a spider or any kind of bug bite, do you have any idea what it might be?

do you have pain and fever?is it warm to touch?if yes then it could be a developing stage af a abscess.take antibiotics ( amoxycillin) along with probiotic like sachet sporlac.
take care do share picture of lump if possible.
