Hi,

It seems to be eczema. I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with frequent and regular application of a moisturizing cream containing white soft paraffin on hands and feet 2-3 times during the day time. Also take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
