Sore, Itchy Lump On Labia Majora And Clitoris. Taking Metformin. Have PCOS And Overweight. Treatment?
Hi doctor.
About 4 days ago I felt a hard lump on the top left of my labia majora and it was hard and slightly painful to touch then within 24 hours my left groin lymph node was up and very very sore. I was unable to walk for 2 days because of the pain. Taking sitz baths helped a but. I have generally been feelin very ill and pain in my womb... The lump started seeping fluid which dried looked oily. I removed what I thought was ingrown hairs which relieved the sore pain. And have been taking 3 sitzs baths a day. But now almost a week after it started I have this lump on my top left hand side of my clitoris. It itches and is very sore. There is no discharge or bad smell. Just my pelvis area hurts and the groin lymph node and the lump in the labia majora does not hurt as much. But now the clitoris lump (smal like a pea) is itching and hurting. I have pcos and am overweight. Using metformin but last I knew was not diabetic. What is this reason for all this?
Please advice as I am deciding whether to see a doc or just wait it out with my regular washes and 3 sitzs baths?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now spreading to clitoris.
Go for one antibiotic ans anti-inflammatory medicine course.
Clean the part and apply antibiotic cream.
Keep local hygiene clean and healthy.
Ok and take care.
