Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Abdominal surgeries are always followed by some pain and discomfort.
Usually pain is over incisional area for some days after surgery.

It is very common to develop bloating and occasional crampy pain in abdomen after surgery.
This is due to gas buildup in intestines.
It can be relieved by taking simethicone liquid or tablet.

Avoid lifting weights that you can't bear. this can increase stress on your scar.
Now you can resume your normal daily activities , walking and stair climbing etc..
Gradually increase your activity level as you are able.
Soon you will get well.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
