Soreness On The Back And Pelvic Bone. No Symptoms. Could I Have Internal Bleeding?

Hi, last Friday I fell down about 6 or 7 steps. I was intoxicated and don't remember the fall. Today I am having pain on both my lower left and right back sides, but the one on the left hurts more; right above my pelvic bone, but no scary symptoms(blood in urine, extreme pain). I did read that I could still have internal bleeding without these symptoms. Is that true? Should I go to the er? At the moment I'm assuming its just bruising. Your recommendation?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion chances of internal bleeding are not high as if they are present you will go into shock but still if you have any doubt you need to have an ultrasound done for this. Bruise doesnt always indicates internal bleeding. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
