Hi.. The usual cause for the back pain is the bad posture and physical exercises during the pain can actually worsen the pain then helping it. So i would suggest you to have rest then do strain yourself.. If the symptoms persist then you need a physical examination.. Do not take it lightly as this been a recent problem and it can turn out to be a major concern it left alone.. all the best..
