Spotting And Cramping. Had Scar Tissue After Operations. Recommendations?

I had my right ovary and both fallopian tubes removed this past January because I had a lot of scar tissue from having my appendix and 2 c-sections. Last month I had a normal period. This month I have had a lot of spotting & a lot of cramping. Is my body still adjusting and could it be from more scar tissue? I'm not sure if i should go back to my Dr. ir wait another month. Thank you

Hi,
You could be suffering from hormonal imbalance and recurrence of the adhesions also needs to be ruled out. I would ask you to see your doctor for a proper evaluation as scar tissue should have almost healed by now. You may need a sonogram for a better view of the situation. Hope your query is answered. Wish you good health.
