Stinging Or Burning Sensation Under Shoulder Blade. How To Get Relief?

I have a severe stinging or burning sensation under my right shoulder blade while i am in bed, there is no stinging but when i get out of bed and put my feet on the floor it stings a little but as soon as i get active or i lift anything or bend over the stinging burning starts i have also been doing a lot of work on the computer lately and doing some heavy lifting
