Stomach Cramps, Feeling Cold, Body Pain, Eaten Cold Hot Dog Sausage

i just returned from a flight from bulgaria and arrived to the cold weather in England. i ate some cold hotdog sausage on the flight and felt a little unwell. i slept fine during the night but i woke up with servere stomach cramps that come and go. i am freezing cold but my body is warm and i am aching all over my body. i am fit and healthy normally, i am 37 years old and 74kg
