Stomachache, Loose Motions, Vomitting, Shivering. Little Help With Medicines. Suggestions?

I started w pain in stomach yesterday 7/3 had some loose stool last night made myself throw up too. Very small amount. Felt better except fOr muscle ache and shivers. 96.7 temp. I usually run a lower temp. Felt better today drank a lot of water. Then about 45 min ago started to shake and. Oils not stop. Took another Advil at 5 or so and then another 10 min ago. Skin is sensitive to touch. Using heating pad and drinking champ
Ike tea. Shakes are less but still a bit

Hi, it is the food poisoning, caused by some infected food,intake. after controle of the motions, the fever started, with chills.
i to my patients with such infection prescribe ofloxacin, omeprazol, and domperidone, and loperamide, and paracetamol. Thank you.
