Stung By Scorpion, Low Immunity, Prevention Of Shingles ?

I was stung by a scorpion in Australia 5 years ago and haven t been well since. I have had several illnesses but have now got shingles for the 5th time in 4 years, what can I do to get myself fit again. I know shingles is not curable but is there anywhere I can be referred to, to try and boost my immune system?

now you are getting recurring viral infection.
