Suffering From Bulging Disc Problem And Muscle Pain. Looking For The Solution And The Recovery Time

Hello sir,I am 20 yrs old boy nw iam suffering due to bulging disc problem and the muscle pains due to this.I think I recovered partially from this because now I can sit near 1.5 hrs,but the muscle pain near the hip and lower back is not going well.So kindly give me the solution and what is the recovery time of muscle pain.plzzzz

bulging disc in themselves so not require surgery, only if associated with nerve root compression. you likely have mechanical back pain which responds to Physio and core strengthening excercises. antiinflammatory medication can so be useful
