Thank you, I continually have loose stools regardless of what I eat. I eat organic, mostly all gluten free, no dairy, no wheat, and very little sugar. The most sugar I have is in 2 glasses of wine I drink in the evening and the cup of organic blue berries I put in my shake every day. I do drink a fiber drink in the morning as well. I try to eat a lot on the Paleo diet, because I am trying to keep my ph balanced. I also went to a herbalist doctor for about 6 months. I just need to know what I can do to bulk up my stool.
