Suffering From Fever, Low On Energy, Irritated. On Crocin Syrup. Suggest?

My child is 2yrs old suffering from fever since yesterday around 101 deg. Celsius , is feeling low in energy and is irritated....we are giving Crocin syrup at 6 hrs interval...with medicine effect...fever is lowering....and child is active...but since evening he is irritated...and crying....given medicine at 21:15hrs Indian Standard time...

As your child is 2 years and active, you can continue with crocin syrup and also give cold compresses to make his temperature low, observe for 2-3 days as it could be viral fever, if it continues will recommend you show him to your clinician for examinations.
