Suffering From Hairloss, Upper Backpain, Loss Of Apetite, Dark Circles Under Eyes, Sore Joints. Suggestions?

I have been having some issues for a while now. I tried to play it off as nothing but they are still here. I'm losing a lot of hair, all day long, loss of appetite, dark circles under eyes, bruising easily all over, upper back between shoulders hurt, joints feel sore all over, found a lump of some sort on my left side near the bottom rib, I can somewhat move it around but it hurts really bad

hi, you have not mentioned your age, gender... you please see your Rheumatalogist for this. you need to test for RA factor and CRP for this. all the best.
