Hello,
You don't have any other problem like DM/HT/IHD. The surgery for inguinal hernia, whether direct or indirect may cost starting from Rs. 10,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- including surgeon, anesthetist, OT charges, postoperative stay in the hospital and medicines.
Best wishes
