Suffering From Irregular Period. Does It Brings Harm ?

for irregular period session for 2 to 3 months gap,this is the 1st time it happens? does it brings harm? im 24 years,and the last menstrual date was January.

as it happens for the first time,there are all chances of pregnancy,you go for pregnancy test, if it is negative,you have not to worried,period will come automatically,after period,again it is delayed, you consult gynacologist for getting regular period.
