Suffering From Painful Muscle Spams And Burning Sensation. Taking Lipitor And Diuretic For Cochlear Meniere Disease. Suggestion?
I have been having painful muscle spasms, first in my arms, and now all over. Sometimes, when they are in my chest , my heart races. Just last night, I also began feeling a burning sensation in various places. I have been on Lipitor for 12 months. I also started taking a diuretic six weeks ago for cochlear Ménière s disease.

Painful muscle spasm may be due to Lipitor drug or Diuretics.
Lipitor causes myopathy as its side effect. You should talk to your doctor about your problem.
You didn't mentioned type of diuretic you are taking.some of diuretics causes muscle cramps. You can try alternative one.
