Suffering From Yeast Infection.

I believe I may have a yeast infection and wanted to go over my symptoms with you. I have no noticable discharge, slightly itchy, mild swelling, does not hurt to urinate, however it was uncomfortable to wipe after urinating yesterday. I mainly felt sore/tender between the anus and vagina, it bothered to sit down in the car yesterday, the skin looks slight bumpy, but when I touch it, I feel no bumps. Intercourse was uncomfortable at times. I started using monistat 7 yesterday. I noticed this morning that it felt better down there was easier to wipe after urinating. However, I do still feel slight discomfort but it is a lot better than it was yesterday. Since the yeast medication appears to be working, could I have yeast?
